HYE series spring cone crusher

HYE series cone crusher is a new type of speed-increasing cone crusher developed by Hengtong Mechanical engineers using stable and professional cone crusher technology. It has higher output and more stable performance than the same type of composite spring cone crusher. It is widely used in sandstone aggregate and mineral industries. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of various mineral rocks, such as granite, limestone, quartzite and pebbles.

2、The above data is based on the feeding with the density of 1.6t /m3 and moderate particle size, which can enter the crushing chamber smoothly; 

3、The crusher processing capacity in the table is the design throughput quantity when the following conditions are met: The water content ofthe material shall not exceed 4% and without clay; The fine granular materials with feed size less than the discharge port account for less than 10% of the total feed, and the feed is evenly distributed inthe360° circulardistributionof crushingcavity. The loose density ofthe feed is 1.6t/m3, and the compressive strength is 150Mpa. 

4、According to the physical properties of the mine stone, feeding method, feed particle size and water content of the incoming material, and the clay water content, the "processing capacity" data in the table will be different. Closed-circuit production "processing capacity" is slightly lower than opencircuit production.
