1. High structural strength, welded heavy-duty frame frame: HVS series jaw crusher adopts modular, welded frame, heavy-duty frame structure design, high strength and reliability, post-welding stress relief annealing treatment to avoid stress concentration caused by welding, frame cracking and other phenomena, and is more durable.

Optimized cavity design and excellent motion parameters: HVS series jaw crusher adopts symmetrical "V" cavity design, small transmission angle and large stroke, so that the stone starts crushing operation at the top of the crusher. 5. Convenient and fast discharge port adjustment: The wedge-type discharge port adjustment is adopted, and the wedge is used to adjust the discharge port, which reduces the labor intensity and downtime of workers.

Integrated motor installation, integral steel frame base: The integrated structure of the motor base and the main machine not only saves the installation space of the jaw crusher, but also extends the service life of the V-belt due to the synchronous movement of the frame, motor and shock absorber.
