1. High structural strength, welded heavy-duty frame frame: HVS series jaw crusher adopts modular, welded frame, heavy-duty frame structure design, high strength and reliability, post-welding stress relief annealing treatment to avoid stress concentration caused by welding, frame cracking and other phenomena, and is more durable.
2. Optimized cavity design and excellent motion parameters: HVS series jaw crusher adopts symmetrical "V" cavity design, small transmission angle and large stroke, so that the stone starts crushing operation at the top of the crusher. Compared with traditional PE series jaw crusher and C series European version jaw crusher, the feed particle size is larger and the output is higher.
3. Optimized tooth profile design: HVS series jaw crushers are equipped with standard tooth profile and super bite force tooth profile. According to the different wear resistance of raw materials, the configuration of high wear resistance materials is recommended to configure super bite force tooth profile to increase fineness and extend the service life of wear-resistant parts. Medium wear resistance is configured according to standard tooth profile;

Compared with traditional jaw crushers, the bearing specifications are increased to extend the service life. The specifications of the four bearings of the movable jaw and frame are the same, which reduces the types of spare parts.
5. Convenient and fast discharge port adjustment: The wedge-type discharge port adjustment is adopted, and the wedge is used to adjust the discharge port, which reduces the labor intensity and downtime of workers.
6. Integrated motor installation, integral steel frame base: The integrated structure of the motor base and the main machine not only saves the installation space of the jaw crusher, but also extends the service life of the V-belt due to the synchronous movement of the frame, motor and shock absorber. Suitable for fixed crushing sites and mobile crushing stations, with more flexible application and strong applicability.
7. Shock-absorbing installation design: HV jaw crusher is fixed with rubber shock-absorbing device, which effectively absorbs the peak value of equipment vibration, thereby reducing the impact on the foundation.
