HBF Series Heavy Duty Dual Shaft Feeders

HBF series double-shaft bar vibrating feeder adopts double eccentric shaft + eccentric block as the excitation source, and heavy-duty feed box design to ensure that the equipment can withstand the impact of large pieces of material falling. It has a large processing capacity and can handle up to 1500t/h. It is suitable for feeding primary crushers. The material conveying surface adopts the form of blind plate plus bars. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, and building stone for coarse crushing or pre-medium crushing. The bar gap is adjustable, and the soil and fine materials contained in the feed are separated in advance while feeding, so that the crusher can reach its crushing capacity.

Features and advantages:

1. The vibrator adopts a heavy-duty structure with eccentric shaft and eccentric block, and the amplitude and projection angle are adjustable;

2. The vibrator adopts thin oil lubrication, and the gear and bearing lubricating oil are isolated;

3. Heavy-duty extreme pressure lubricating oil is selected to optimize the service life of the bearing;

4. The variable frequency motor is adopted, and the motor is directly driven by the universal joint. The default speed is 980r/min, which has a larger frequency adjustment space;

5. The feed box and the spring seat adopt a pin-type structure, which is convenient for changing the installation angle of the feeder (the factory default angle is 5 degrees);

6. The projection intensity Kv can reach 5.4;

7. The feeder has a low installation height and a small layout space;

8. The side panels of the feeder are not welded or spliced, and have a long service life;

9. The inner side of the tank is equipped with wear-resistant plates, which are easy to replace;
